General Terms: Please order only if you wish to purchase the item, if you have no intention of purchasing this item, please do not order; Any question welcome; Winners will receive an email advising full payment information within 24 hours; Payment is expected within 7 days, otherwise item will be resold to others; Most of items will be dispatched in 3 business days after the payment is clear; Postage and handling fee is a part of the final payment; All items are sent at buyer’s risk; We use postage receipts or parcel pictures as the proof of delivery; picture is for description only; a tax invoice will be supplied if requested.

No reason refund: Apply within 14 days after you receive the item. Refund will be made after the un-used item be returned within 7 days. Excluding postage and handle.

Save 50% on shipping for multiple items. Combine multiple items and only the highest postage and handle will be charged at full. All remaining items will be discounted 50% of their listed shipping costs and handles.

Main body exchangeable seller warranty: Warranty starts from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers only workmanship and materials defects and DOES NOT cover any damage caused due to negligence or improper application. Responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of this unit only; Please keep proof of receiving this item; We make no warranty for accessories. 14 days exchangeable: Inflatable product, glass basin, furniture; 3 months exchangeable: the others.

Returned items must be Complete! We are not responsible for damage during return shipment, pack it good and insure it for your protection! Except arrive-on-death buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost for warranty.
